MedTemps wanted to make over their previous website to allow prospective employees and clients the opportunity to claim and fill positions via the Internet. The purpose MedTemps.com is two-fold: it allows job seekers to create an online application and upload a resume for consideration, and it permits clients of MedTemps to post new vacancies in clerical, nursing, dental, and other medical jobs.

In-house applications helped MedTemps create and maintain databases for jobs and applicants, and a handy search function allows visitors to easily find the job best suited to their skills. Within days of relaunch, the staff at MedTemps were pleased to report a growing influx of interest from job seekers and employers.
