VIRGINIA BEACH—When local businesswoman Bryana Guckin opened Soft Cloth Bunz, a retail outlet dedicated to cloth diapers and other “green” baby accessories, she helped foster a community of eco-minded parents and caregivers. In 2009 she took a bolder step into greening her business by placing more focus on Internet commerce, moving her store online and merging it with an established website, DiaperJunction.com. Today, Guckin endeavors to encourage parents nationwide to switch from disposable diapers to cloth and, with the assistance of Virginia Beach Web agency CINIVA Systems, plans to expand upon her knowledge of baby care through an enhanced social media presence and website renovation.
