In addition to SEO services, CINIVA offers new and existing clients the opportunity to extend their reach through targeted e-mail marketing. Please note, however, that we only work with existing databases provided by the customer. We are not a market for selling e-mail lists.

E-mail broadcasting is the least expensive and often the most effective online marketing technique to reach your customers, potential customers, members and other appropriate target audiences. While a response rate of 2% is considered fair on traditional mail campaigns, with all of their considerable design, printing, handling and postage costs, a well-conceived email 'blast' costing a fraction of a penny per email often returns a response of rate of 10-20% and more.

If you wish to communicate effectively with a target audience, whether customers, members, or trade contacts, contact us. We can prepare a beautifully designed Webpage (email containing formatted text and images) that presents your products, services, newsletter, etc. with links right to your order page or other response platform. Then we will email it to every person on your list.

• A compelling HTML (webpage) and/ or text email page built to your specifications, with copy writing and graphics as needed
  
• Extract your data from Excel, Access, or even text files, and filter out duplicates and bad email addresses
  
• Up to 10,000 recipients (incremental cost for additional)
  
• Execute the broadcast for on the most effective day and time we determine with you
  
• Report on all bad email addresses, collect 'opt-out' responses and update data
  
• Report on the email event

Optionally, we can provide you with special response pages for even more specific tracking and reporting. We can also provide consulting on effective ways to build up your own emailing list of individuals and organizations who want to hear your message.

The e-mail broadcasts CINIVA provides are to defined lists (often just 3000 to 10,000 recipients) who are in some way affiliated with your business or organization (i.e. customers, members, subscribers) or who have expressed an interest in your product or service and in fact have asked you to send them information.

A typical datalist might be compiled from visitors to your website who have filled out a form, persons you have met at trade shows who want to keep updated on your products, or members of trade groups or organizations that you belong to. In summary, here are the reasons our email broadcasts can be considered a legitimate online marketing tool and that will not anger the recipients:

• Recipients have either explicitly requested or given you permission to send them email blast information OR are existing customers, affiliates, or associates for whom your message would implicitly be considered appropriate
  
• Every email blast sent offers the opportunity for the recipient to 'opt-out' or easily request to be removed from your emailing list with a simple click
  
• The sender of the email (your organization) is obvious and is made explicit to the recipient and includes legitimate and active contact information
