Armed Forces Reunion (AFRI) Registration System
This example is an example of a successful deployment of Ciniva's form builder software.
AFRI has set up the form builder to do Event registrations. They also setup the associated reports for the myriad of tasks associated with event registration. ( see the Report Builder page)
They do about 40 events a year. Below is an example of one such registration form.
Additional administration section are configured by office staff ( not shown here ) .
This was done completely by the AFRI office staff ! Their total operation has been greatly improved and consequently they are having less stress..
